All Out Moving Story
All Out Moving & Storage began with a simple idea: bring integrity and hard work to an industry where families need it most. The company’s story starts with founder David Dinsmore, whose background in the Army Reserves shaped the discipline, accountability, and leadership that now define the business.
While serving in the Reserves, David worked part-time for a local moving company and quickly saw both the challenges and opportunities within the industry. Before his second deployment, he decided to build something better. He sold his personal truck and used the proceeds to buy a 2007 Hino 268, recruited two friends, and started knocking on doors, meeting realtors, and running local ads to spread the word about his new company.Â
Even during his pre-mobilization training in Texas, David spent every spare moment refining his vision. He mailed letters to homeowners, studied successful moving companies across the country, and focused on earning each customer’s trust. The first summer was slow, but steady, and each job was a chance to prove the company’s commitment to care and professionalism.
When David returned from deployment in late 2019, he went all in. Growth came quickly. A truck, then a second truck, then a third, and by 2020, the company secured a 20,000-square-foot warehouse that expanded its capacity for storage and logistics. Partnerships followed with Home Depot, Wayfair, Furniture Row, and NSD, and the company soon grew to 15 trucks and nearly 50 employees.
But success brought new lessons. By 2021, rapid expansion stretched operations thin, prompting a pivotal decision: to scale back delivery contracts and refocus entirely on what they did best: relocations. The leadership team rebuilt from the ground up, fine-tuning every process, retraining employees, and designing a customer-first claims and valuation system that set a new standard for quality.
Today, All Out Moving operates with 12 trucks, a team of 30 full-time professionals, and a stellar reputation backed by 700+ five-star reviews. Damages are rare, and when they do occur, they are resolved quickly and transparently. The company has never had a single service failure, which is a testament to its culture of excellence.

Giving Back
All Out Moving & Storage is proud to partner with Moves for Hunger, a national nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting hunger in Chattanooga and beyond. Through this program, customers can donate unopened, non-perishable food items during their move. Our team collects these donations and delivers them directly to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, helping provide meals to local families in need.
